Started New Year’s Day with a solo 5k run/course inspection on the Wammy before I was joined by 480 odd parkrunners. Finished with a mile run round a very icy Westlands (Go away ❄️)
Started proper marathon training, I’ve done a proper plan and everything, and I’m nearly following it! The snow has has been a bugger. I’ve even started doing glute activation exercises! I’ve no glutes 😞
Ticked one race off already. Temple Newsam Ten, fantastic race, not so fantastic time this year.
Loving my coaching sessions. How can you not love shouting at 200 runners every Wednesday night?
On to Alsager Sunday and another 150 mile month in February.
